In this month’s Wales Business Insider, we give our thoughts on the care sector in Wales.

We highlight the importance of the diversity of care staff and the need to give them credited qualifications and real opportunities to grow in their careers. It’s not all about personal care , we need people who are good at social care and support too and people are often put off because they have a pre conceived idea of the industry. 

With tighter budgets and an aging population,  we must support the elderly in helping them stay in their homes and encourage their independence, or there is going to be a massive burden on health care services in the future.
