Palliative Care/ End of Life Care

Palliative Care or End of Life Care is provided for clients and their families dealing with the end stages of a terminal illness. The level of care is agreed between carers and families depending on each individual’s needs. Our nurses are extremely experienced in delivering End of Life Care and formulate a plan with each client.
