Rehabilitation & Re-enablement

We deliver re-enablement care services within the home for those people who have spent time in hospital following an operation, stroke or accident and want to recuperate at home. It is an intensive service which can last from two to three days to up to six weeks, all in the comfort of a person's home. Our carers are led and trained by a senior physiotherapist who devises a bespoke programme of basic exercises helping our clients to improve mobility and regain confidence, skills and greater independence.
