Who We Are
Our journey in offering the best possible care throughout Pembrokeshire started in 2004 and we have been nurturing our company with a positive attitude and devotion towards care ever since.
Who are Care in Hand?
Care in Hand was formed by registered general nurses who had a clear vision of being the best that we could be and in doing so, encouraging the individuals we care for to be the same. By delivering care at home to individuals who are at their most vulnerable, we discovered that our first-hand experience gave us the insight to create an inspiring, people-centred care company that people can be confident in. It is with this attitude that will help us continue to grow, continuously improve and help change the perception of care for the future.
We promote flexibility and we are driven by the desire to ensure everyone we care for lives their life exactly the way they want to. We understand that your home is where you feel most comfortable with and where you are at your happiest so our approach is to help you maintain your daily routines by providing the best practical care solutions that support you.
We strongly believe everyone should have the freedom to choose how they want to receive their care and support, and our aim is to individuals with the opportunity to live a life as fully and independent as possible.
Operating out of 3 offices, our all-encompassing range of discreet and dignified community care services cover the whole of Pembrokeshire, West Carmarthenshire and South Ceredigion.
Our services are supported by a team of highly-trained staff providing quality and respectful care underpinned by our vision and company principles.
We are proud to promote a culture of learning and mentorship within Care in Hand which has helped us cultivate a more engaging workforce. Where opportunities arise, we continuously look to make improvements so that we can confidently support the lives of those we care for. Our attitude towards positive change and continuous learning means that we are ready to adapt when we need to by ensuring that we never remain complacent.
Working closely in hand with local authorities and health boards, we are motivated to ensure our delivery promotes the best possible outcomes for everyone. Our services are inspected by Care Inspectorate Wales and our staff registration requirements by Social Care Wales.
