At Care in Hand, we operate under a strict Quality Assurance Policy to make sure that we’re striving for quality excellence in every area of our business.
Our Quality Assurance Policy is a comprehensive procedure and is regulated by the Care Inspectorate for Wales (CIW). The body conducts annual inspections of our provision of care.

As part of our policy, we collect evidence from various sources including customers and loved ones, external advocates and stakeholders, as well as Care in Hand team members which forms part of our Quality Assurance Audit.
