Our Learning and Development Team

Charlotte supports the quality and safety of care delivered by Care in Hand.

Their role includes Moving and Handling, where they identify, prioritise, deliver and evaluate individual training needs for care staff. They also carry out workplace assessments to ensure carers are competent and confident in safe moving and handling practice.

From the first day a new carer joins Care in Hand, the training department ensures all required training, certification and induction requirements are completed before they begin working independently in the community.
